- We are looking for a responsible and hands-on
- Site Supervisor cum Plumber
to oversee renovation works while carrying out plumbing installations and repairs. The successful candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within quality standards, and in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise daily renovation works on-site.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and in-house workers.
- Monitor project progress according to the construction schedule.
- Ensure workmanship complies with company quality standards.
- Conduct daily site inspections and resolve site issues promptly.
- Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and management.
- Prepare daily work progress reports with site photos.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and site safety practices.
- Install new water supply and sanitary piping systems.
- Carry out plumbing works for kitchens, toilets, water heaters, and appliances.
- Install and replace sanitary wares, taps, mixers, sinks, WCs, floor traps, and basins.
- Perform water pressure testing and leak testing.
- Troubleshoot plumbing defects and carry out rectification works.
- Read plumbing drawings and execute works accurately.
- Ensure all plumbing works comply with PUB regulations and Singapore Standards.
- Coordinate plumbing works with tiling, carpentry, electrical, and ceiling contractors.
- Plan manpower and material requirements.
- Ensure materials are delivered according to the project schedule.
- Report site issues and recommend solutions.
- Inspect completed works before handover.
- Identify defects and coordinate rectification.
- Maintain high workmanship standards.
- Ensure proper protection of completed finishes.
- Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.
- Ensure workers wear appropriate PPE.
- Report accidents and unsafe conditions immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
- Minimum
- 3 years
- of experience in renovation, plumbing, or construction.
- Experience supervising HDB, condominium, and commercial renovation projects.
- Familiar with Singapore renovation practices.
- Good knowledge of:Water supply piping
- Sanitary piping
- Water heater installation
- Leak detection
- Pipe replacement
- Bathroom renovation
- Kitchen plumbing
- Able to read renovation drawings and plumbing layouts.
- Relevant plumbing certification.
- Possession of a Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of HDB renovation requirements and PUB regulations.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good time management.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
