- who loves storytelling, creating videos, connecting with people, and sharing unforgettable experiences.

- Your Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Google
- Plan, shoot and edit Reels, videos, photos and stories
- Capture guest experiences, spa journeys and team moments
- Create travel + wellness content that attracts visitors to Labuan Bajo
- Follow social media trends and develop creative ideas
- Share stories behind treatments, therapists and customer experiences
- Support Google Review growth and online reputation
- Find collaboration opportunities with hotels, villas, tour companies and travel partners
- Coordinate influencer / content creator collaborations
- Help increase brand awareness, engagement and bookings
- Work closely with the spa team and management
- What We’re Looking For
- Passionate about content creation and social media
- Loves taking photos and creating videos
- Understands TikTok, Instagram Reels and current trends
- Able to use Canva, CapCut or similar tools
- Creative eye for beautiful moments and storytelling
- Confident communicating with people
- Basic English communication skills
- Positive attitude and willing to learn
- Based in Labuan Bajo or willing to relocate
- Bonus Skills
- Experience growing TikTok or Instagram accounts
- Travel, hotel, tourism or hospitality experience
- Photography / videography experience
- Influencer collaboration experience
- Copywriting skills
