About the role
We run OverturnFine, a UK web platform that helps drivers challenge parking fines and enforcement notices. We are launching our marketing and need someone to own content production and publishing.
You will not need to know UK parking law. All scripts, facts, and topics are written and approved by the founder. Your job is to turn approved scripts into high-quality short-form video, publish consistently, and report on what works.
- This is a production and growth role, not a copywriting role.
- What you'll do
- Short-form video (main focus)
- Produce 3–5 vertical videos per week from founder-supplied scripts
- Screen-record the product and edit into clean, fast-paced clips
- Add captions, text overlays, hooks, and trending audio
- Design thumbnails and cover frames
- Publish to TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- All content is text-on-screen style — no on-camera presenting required
- Publishing & scheduling
- Maintain a consistent posting calendar
- Schedule posts for UK audience peak times (note: UK is 6–7 hours behind WIB)
- Cross-post the same asset across all three platforms
- Community
- First-pass comment moderation and replies using approved response templates
- Flag anything legal, complaint-related, or unusual to the founder — never answer legal questions directly
- SEO support
- Keyword research for UK search terms
- Write meta titles and descriptions
- Internal linking across site pages
- Basic on-page optimisation
