- Responsible for executing end-to-end content projects, campaigns, and brand initiatives from planning to publishing.
- Manage campaign workflows across internal teams including Creative, Account and Talent
- Create content planning and content calendars based on campaign and client objectives.
- Develop creative briefs, scripts, captions, and overall content direction.
- Oversee and hands-on with the content production process from pre-production, shooting, revisions, until final delivery.
- Handle live reporting during campaign execution, event coverage, or ongoing projects to ensure smooth coordination and real-time updates.
- Act as the PIC (Person in Charge) to ensure all projects are delivered according to timeline and deadlines.
- Coordinate directly with clients regarding approvals, revisions, and campaign needs.
- Ensure all content outputs align with each brand’s guidelines, tone, and target audience.
- Monitor campaign/content performance and provide basic performance evaluations and insights.
- Stay updated with social media trends, digital campaigns, and content behavior to implement into projects.
- Handle multiple brands and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in a creative digital agency
- Experienced in handling end-to-end campaigns and content projects.
- Strong sense of branding, storytelling, and social media trends.
- Able to work detail-oriented, fast, and multitask across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across divisions.
- Having experience in beauty, lifestyle, FMCG, or entertainment brands is a plus.
- Understanding basic social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, awareness, CTR, etc.) is a plus.
- Willing to work WFO and be mobile for production/shooting needs when required.
