WE’RE HIRING

• Social Media & Digital Advertising Executive
• Sundari Beach Resort - Sanur, Bali
• Sundari Beach Resort is a boutique beachfront resort and bar in Sanur, Bali “Squirrels, sunsets & sundowners.”

We are looking for a creative, organised and hands-on Social Media & Digital Advertising Executive to manage our day-to-day social media presence, content production and paid advertising.

This is a mid-level, hands-on role. You do not need to be a fully-formed performance marketing specialist. The owners will provide campaign strategy, budgets and creative direction, while you will be responsible for execution, attention to detail and continuously developing your paid-advertising skills with our support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Run paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok, within budgets and targets set by the owners.
• Create and manage event listings and ticketing on Eventbrite.
• Produce creative content including photos, videos and graphics under the direction of the owners.
• Manage Sundari's day-to-day social media presence.
• Coordinate the design and printing of menus, promotions and in-venue collateral with local Bali printers.
• Prepare performance reports and help improve ROI over time.

REQUIREMENTS

• Indonesian national, currently based in or around Sanur/Denpasar, Bali.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken. THIS IS MUST.
• Around 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media or content.
• Practical experience with Meta advertising through agency, in-house, freelance, coursework or certification.
• Genuine interest in developing further into performance marketing.
• Comfortable with, or willing to quickly learn, TikTok Ads Manager and Eventbrite.
• Strong creative skills in photography, basic video editing and graphic design.
• Existing knowledge or relationships with local Sanur/Bali suppliers and printers is an advantage.
• A self-starter who can take direction from the owners and execute independently.
