About us
Salome Studio is a creative, immersive bikini-making experience designed for visitors to Bali. We are looking for a Studio Host & Workshop Assistant to be the welcoming face of our studio and help deliver a fun, premium, and memorable workshop experience for every guest.
You'll work closely with the founder across social media, content creation, Meta ads, Google SEO, e-commerce, and marketing, with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow within the business.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Social & Content Creation
- Plan, create, and submit content plans (Reels, TikToks, and Stories).
- Help organize shoots and stay on top of viral trends that align with Salome’s brand identity.
- Keep our Instagram looking active, fun, and aesthetically aligned with the brand.
- Analyze content performance to shape future creative strategies.
- Community & Customer Engagement
- Manage Instagram DMs and comments in a fun and authentic voice.
- Help turn customer inquiries into workshop bookings and sales.
- Gather customer feedback to share with the team.
- Google & Local SEO
- Keep our Google Business Profile updated and reply to guest reviews.
- Upload fresh photos and publish short blog posts on the website.
- Meta Ads & E-Commerce
- Learn and assist in running Instagram & Facebook ad campaigns (we will train you!).
- Help manage our online store: product listings, stock monitoring, and online promotions.
- Marketing & Growth
- Bring creative ideas for marketing campaigns, events, and collaborations with influencers, hotels, and local brands.
- Who We’re Looking For
- Loves Instagram, TikTok, and creating engaging content.
- Has a great eye for fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and aesthetics.
- Is creative, proactive, well-organized, and enthusiastic.
- Is eager to learn about digital marketing, SEO, and e-commerce.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply! We teach Meta Ads, SEO, and e-commerce—what matters most is your creativity and initiative.
