Location
Mostly remote, with occasional on-site days when needed (e.g., events, class coverage, shoots) in Jakarta or the South Tangerang area.

Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish daily content across FRA Social Media.
- Produce simple, trend-driven short videos, such as classroom moments, learning tips, student activities, and program highlights.
- Design clean, on-brand graphics for program announcements, events, enrollment campaigns, and educational tips.
- Adapt trends in a way that fits an education brand, keeping content fun but credible for parents and professionals.
- Help create visual documentation for events, classes, and workshops, including short clips when on-site.
- Reply to comments and DMs with guidance from the team, and route enrollment inquiries to the right person.
- Share a short weekly performance recap.
Requirements
- Open to students and fresh graduates from any major. A creative eye and a love for social media matter more than your degree.
- Still taking one or two classes? That's fine. We can work around your schedule as long as you can keep up with daily content deadlines.
- Active on social media with a good sense of what's trending.
- Basic video editing (CapCut) and graphic design (Canva) skills.
- Able to adjust tone for different audiences: playful for kids' programs, reassuring for parents, and professional for executive education.
- Comfortable working around children and following privacy & consent guidelines.
- Organized, self-driven, and reliable when working remotely.
- A strong team player who collaborates and communicates well in a remote setting.
- Committed to giving your best in every task, with a strong sense of ownership over your work.
- A growth mindset: open to feedback, eager to learn, and always looking for ways to improve.
- Available for occasional on-site days when needed.
