Responsibilities
- Manage daily social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Schedule and publish content according to the content calendar.
- Create engaging captions and basic copywriting for social media posts.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions.
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral content, and platform updates.
- Coordinate with the design, content, and marketing teams to ensure content consistency.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and promotions.
- Prepare simple monthly performance reports and insights.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and social media best practices.
- Strong communication and copywriting skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and content planning is a plus.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
