About the role
This is a Social Media Specialist Intern position at PT Mitra Berdaya Optima, a consulting firm specializing in consultancy, training, and system development aligned with ISO standards. You will support the digital marketing team in developing and managing social media content and strategies.
- Key responsibilities
- Conduct content research based on industry trends and audience interests
- Assist in developing content plans and social media content calendars
- Monitor and evaluate content performance, including engagement, reach, and traffic metrics
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create engaging and relevant content
- Prepare simple reports and insights on social media performance
- About you
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from any major, preferably Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Business, or related fields
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing
- Basic understanding of social media metrics and content performance analysis
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Fully available on weekdays (Monday–Friday)
