SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST
Responsibilites
- 1.Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, and engagement, and reach new audiences.
- 2.Manage and grow social media accounts on Instagram and TikTok.
- 3.Plan and create creative and engaging content.
- 4.Proactively spot trends and improve users' engagement.
- 5.Analyze social media performance and create reports.
- 6.Communicate with followers, and respond to comments and messages.
- 7.Creativity to make fresh content idea,fun and out of the box.
Requirements
- 1.Bachelor's degree from any major.
- 2.Have at least 2-3 years of experience in developing Social Media platforms.
- 3.Experienced in handling TikTok/Instagram.
- 4.Creative and proactive in keeping up with trends and knowledge in social media.
- 5.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa.
- 6.Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), and communication skills
- 7.Have a keen eye on design and aesthetics
- 8.Basic knowledge of social media tools (e.g., Canva, Cap Cut, or similar)
- 9.Willing to do fully WFO
- 10.Creative thinking and attention to detail.
