About the role
Manage all company digital channels, including website, company social media, career social media, and employee branding channels. Develop and implement digital account management strategies, content calendars, and content distribution schedules while ensuring consistency of company identity, communication, and image across all digital channels.

- Ensure consistency of company identity, communication, and image across all digital channels
- Coordinate with Content Creator team to ensure content is published according to strategy and target audience
- Manage website updates and content, including basic SEO optimization
- Develop career social media and employee branding strategies to increase employer branding and company appeal to prospective employees
- Monitor account and website performance through metrics such as reach, engagement, audience growth, traffic, and conversion
- Prepare periodic digital performance reports with improvement recommendations
- Ensure all accounts are actively managed, consistent, and aligned with company communication standards
- About you
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent
- Experience in social media and website management is a plus
- Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, SEO, social media algorithms, and content performance analysis
- Ability to develop publication strategies and build company branding through digital channels
- Experience using analytics tools and social media management tools
- Detail-oriented, communicative, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Ability to collaborate with Content Creator, Digital Marketing, and HRGA teams
- Preferred: Domiciled in Sidoarjo
