Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s Instagram, TikTok, and other social media accounts.
- Plan, create, and edit photo and video content, including on-site event coverage.
- Respond to inquiries and handle potential clients, from providing information and preparing proposals to following up on bookings.
- Coordinate with the production/kitchen team on client requirements and orders.
- Maintain client relationships and support marketing activities.
- Monitor content performance and prepare simple reports on regular basis.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management or content creation. Fresh graduates with a relevant portfolio are welcome.
- Interested in F&B, catering, or hospitality industry.
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trends.
- Able to use CapCut, Canva, or similar tools.
- Comfortable appearing on camera.
- Strong communication skills, creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Able to handle potential clients and use spreadsheets for recordkeeping.
- Willing to support on-site events, including evenings or weekends when required.
