Social Media Specialist

Requirements

• Have experience with social media minimum 3 years
• Senior High School graduate from any major.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Detail-oriented and accurate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate findings to diverse audiences.
• Well English skills, both written and spoken.
• Have experience communication with internal and external team.
• Strong understanding social media, campaign, KOL and advertisement.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship for member.
• Organize and delegate tasks, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to deadlines.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
• Oversee the planning and execution of social media campaigns, ensuring they are on brand and effective.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into strategies.
• Ensure that all social media content is high-quality, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Monitor competitor social media activity and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordination with internal and external party.
