Shopindy is looking for a Social Media Specialist to help grow our online presence, create engaging content, and educate online sellers, UMKM, and local businesses about building their own website store with Shopindy.

Job Summary

As a Social Media Specialist at Shopindy, you will be responsible for planning, creating, publishing, and analyzing content across our social media channels. You will help communicate Shopindy’s value clearly, create content that attracts merchants, follow trends, engage with audiences, and support digital campaigns that turn online sellers into potential Shopindy users.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage Shopindy’s social media content calendar
• Create content ideas for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
• Write captions, hooks, short video scripts, and social media copy
• Create simple visual content, Reels, TikTok videos, stories, and campaign posts
• Monitor trends, competitor content, and online seller/UMKM behavior
• Manage comments, messages, and community engagement professionally
• Support digital campaigns to attract merchants, online sellers, and local businesses
• Track content performance such as reach, engagement, followers, clicks, and leads
• Prepare simple social media reports and improvement suggestions
• Work with the founder/marketing team to test new content ideas and campaign angles

Requirements

• 2–3+ years experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or related roles
• Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Reels, Stories, and short-form content
• Strong copywriting skills in Bahasa Indonesia
• Able to create simple content from idea, script, design/editing, caption, to publishing
• Comfortable using Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools
