Software Developer (Full-Stack)

Job description

Build, improve, and operate software that people use for real business workflows. You will work across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, integrations, testing, and production issues with enough context to understand why the feature exists, not just what ticket to close.

• Job requirements
• Strong programming fundamentals: data structures, APIs, databases, state, error handling, debugging, and clean code.
• Comfortable working with modern web stacks such as JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, and backend frameworks or equivalent technologies.
• Understands relational databases and can reason about schema design, queries, transactions, and data integrity.
• Comfortable with Git, code review, testing, and basic Linux / deployment concepts.
• Portfolio, GitHub, internship, freelance, academic, or production work that proves you can actually build.
• Able to use AI coding tools responsibly: accelerate work, then verify behavior and edge cases yourself.
• Fresh graduates are welcome if fundamentals and execution are strong.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end product features from requirement to production-ready implementation.
• Design and consume APIs; work with databases, authentication, permissions, and integrations.
• Write tests and perform practical debugging before handing problems to someone else.
• Review code, respond to feedback, and improve maintainability as the codebase grows.
• Investigate production issues and communicate the cause, impact, fix, and prevention clearly.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, DevOps, and business stakeholders to avoid building the wrong thing well.
• Document decisions that future teammates will need to understand.
