- Software Development Manager
- to lead our software engineering team, drive technical excellence, and support the development of scalable digital products.
- What you'll do
- Lead and manage the Software Development team to achieve business and technology goals.
- Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle and ensure timely project delivery.
- Foster engineering best practices and maintain high standards of software quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance digital solutions.
- Define engineering roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Establish engineering KPIs and monitor team performance.
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and technology adoption.
- Communicate project progress and key updates to management.
- 12+ years of software development experience, including at least 7 years in a senior technical leadership role (Senior Developer, Tech Lead, or Engineering Manager).
- Proven experience leading software development teams and delivering stable and scalable applications.
- Strong proficiency in at least one backend programming language (e.g., Golang, Python, or TypeScript).
- Solid understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, and modern development practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Docker/Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve production incidents while driving continuous service reliability.
- Experience leveraging AI technologies (LLMs, AI-assisted development tools, or AI-powered product features) is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
