Job description for Software Engineer (Go/Python) — AMK at Combuilder Pte Ltd
Responsibilities
Requirements
- Good to Have
- Develop and maintain software for
- security-sensitive and network-facing applications
- Develop and integrate software using
- Go, Python, NodeJS and/or Rust
- Work with
- networking and security protocols
- , including TCP/UDP, sockets and TLS
- Integrate cryptographic functions using established libraries
- Improve software
- performance, reliability and efficiency
- Develop and maintain
- unit, integration and security tests
- Participate in code reviews, security reviews and vulnerability fixes
- Troubleshoot and contribute to services written in
- Go, C++ or Python
- Work closely with security, platform and infrastructure teams
- Strong development experience in
- Go, Python, NodeJS and/or Rust
- Good understanding of
- network programming
- Knowledge of
- secure coding, authentication, authorisation and common security threats
- Comfortable working in
- Linux environments
- Good understanding of
- testing, CI/CD and software development practices
- Experience with
- backend systems, databases, caching and microservices
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Interest in using
- AI tools
- to support software development and learning
- Experience with
- cryptography or TLS
- Knowledge of
- Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC)
- Experience with high-performance networking or asynchronous programming
