• 0-2 years of relevant work experience
• Experienced in using Java or Golang
• Strong analytical skills and aptitude.
• Understanding of data architecture, software design and best coding practices.
• Think horizontal scale more than vertical scale.
• Basic understanding of RDBMS or NoSQL - comfortable writing queries and understanding schemas, though not expected to independently design indexing strategies.
• Willingness to learn log analysis and debugging techniques under guidance.
• Collaborative mindset - receptive to feedback, comfortable working closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams (Product, QA).
• Strong sense of ownership - takes responsibility for the delivery end to end; ensuring quality and completion of assigned tasks.
• Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT) to support coding and learning.
