Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduate to join our Customer Operations team. The ideal candidate should have an educational background in Information Technology or a related field, a good understanding of cloud computing, and strong communication skills. This role will involve supporting customer operations, coordinating IT-related activities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth business and service operations.

• Key Responsibilities
• Support daily customer operations and coordinate service-related activities.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to understand requirements and follow up on inquiries or issues.
• Assist with IT-related projects, including coordination, progress tracking, and reporting.
• Work with technical teams to support troubleshooting and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain operational documentation and prepare regular reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and service efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good understanding of cloud computing, IT infrastructure, AI, and basic technical concepts.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken. Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good business acumen and willingness to learn.
• GPA of 3.5 or above is preferred.
• Internship experience, campus organization involvement, or relevant IT projects are an advantage.
• ACA (Alibaba Cloud Certified Associate), AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or similar certifications are highly preferred.
