Requirements (Kualifikasi Utama)

• Proficient in at least one programming language such as Golang, C++, C, or Python.
• Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, including practical implementation.
• Good communication skills, strong problem-solving ability, and able to complete tasks on time.
• Understands caching, code optimization, and API-based integration.
• Server management knowledge is a plus.Able to use AI as a supporting tool, not as the main problem solver.

Responsibilities (Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan)

• Develop, maintain, and improve backend services using Golang, C++, C, or Python.
• Design and manage database integration using SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Build reliable API integrations with internal and external systems.
• Improve application performance through caching, code optimization, and efficient backend design.
• Troubleshoot backend issues and provide clear solutions.
• Complete assigned tasks on time and communicate progress clearly with the team.
• Use AI tools responsibly to support productivity, while maintaining personal ownership of problem-solving and technical decisions.
• Frontend Engineer

Requirements

• -Core Languages: Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• -Frameworks: Experience building web applications using React.js, Vite.js, or Next.js.React
• -Concepts: Deep understanding of Hooks, Context API, and Functional Components.
• -State Management: Experience with Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or similar libraries.
• -Styling Tools: Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI.
• -APIs & Auth: Experience integrating REST/GraphQL APIs and handling secure authentication (JWT, OAuth2).
• -Version Control: Experience using Git alongside GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
• -UI & UX Standards: Solid grasp of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility (WCAG).
• -Optimization & Build: Understanding of build tools (Vite, Webpack) and optimization techniques (code splitting, lazy loading).

-Collaboration & Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate across multi-functional teams (QA, UI/UX, Backend).

Job Description

• -App Development: Build and maintain modern web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript tech.
• -Design Translation: Convert business requirements and UI/UX designs into responsive, scalable frontend applications.
• -System Integration: Connect frontend apps with backend services via REST/GraphQL APIs and third-party tools.
• -Quality Assurance: Ensure high application performance, responsiveness, security, and cross-browser compatibility.
• -Component Design: Build reusable, modular, and maintainable frontend components following industry best practices.
• -Performance Tuning: Optimize code speed through caching, lazy loading, and bundle optimization.
• -Issue Resolution: Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve UI bugs, API errors, and production defects.
• -Clean Code: Write clean, documented, and well-structured code matching team standards.
• -Testing & Deployment: Participate in unit/integration testing and support CI/CD pipeline and deployment processes.
• -Team Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Backend Engineers, and UI/UX designers to deliver top-tier software.
