- We’re looking for a
- Software Project Manager
to lead the delivery of software development projects from initiation through to completion. You’ll be the link between clients, development teams, and stakeholders — keeping projects on scope, on schedule, and on budget while maintaining high standards of quality and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and close software development projects, defining scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Manage project resources, budgets, and risks, escalating issues proactively
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, providing clear and regular status updates
- Coordinate cross-functional development teams (engineering, QA, design) and remove blockers to keep work moving
- Translate business and client requirements into actionable technical tasks in collaboration with the development team
- Track progress against plans, adjust as needed, and ensure delivery meets agreed quality standards
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and post-projectreviews

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Project Manager within software development
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering software development projects end-to-end
- Work Arrangement: Remote
- Location Preference: PH-based candidates preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of the software development lifecycle, methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall), and common development practices
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Asana, Azure DevOps, or similar)
- Proven experience managing custom software development projects.
Nice to Have
- Recognised project management certification (Pmp, Prince2, Certified Scrum Master, or similar)
- Experience managing distributed or remote development teams
