Responsibilities

Develop and design a creative, seasonal menu that reflects our brand’s playful yet sophisticated style. Incorporate fresh, high-quality ingredients and cater to a variety of dietary preferences.

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating. Ensure the kitchen runs efficiently and meets our high standards.

Lead, train, and inspire kitchen staff, including sous chefs, line cooks, and kitchen assistants. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

• Maintain exceptional standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality. Ensure that every dish is prepared and presented to perfection.
• Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control food costs while minimizing waste. Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.

Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless dining experience. Address any special requests or concerns with professionalism and creativity.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant café setting. Experience in a creative, upscale environment is a plus.

• Exceptional culinary skills, including menu design, food presentation, and flavor profiling. Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of food safety standards, kitchen equipment, and inventory management.
• Passionate about creating unique and delightful dining experiences with a flair for innovation and style.
