About the role
Goldust Spa is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to create exceptional guest experiences while helping guests choose the perfect treatments and wellness journey.
- Key responsibilities
- Welcome every guest with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Assist guests with bookings, enquiries, and treatment recommendations
- Recommend treatments, packages, and retail products based on guests' needs
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through exceptional customer service
- Manage appointments, payments, and daily reception operations
- Maintain accurate guest records and appointment schedules
- Ensure the reception and lounge areas are always clean, organized, and welcoming
- Deliver a five-star guest experience from arrival to departure
- About you
- Previous experience in hospitality, luxury retail, spa, hotel, or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, confident, and professional presentation
- Sales-minded with the ability to build rapport and recommend suitable services
- Fluent in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage
- Positive attitude, reliable, honest, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working weekends and public holidays
