Perform demand forecasting, inventory analysis, and replenishment planning based on sales trends, production schedules, and business requirements.
Calculate and maintain inventory parameters, including Safety Stock, Reorder Point (ROP), Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), and lead time to support efficient inventory management.
Monitor inventory movements through ERP systems, ensuring data accuracy for receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments.
Conduct regular stock reconciliation and stock opname activities, investigate inventory variances, and implement corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy.
Generate and analyze inventory, production, and planning reports using ERP systems and Microsoft Excel to support operational and management decision-making.
Coordinate closely with Purchasing, Production, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure timely material availability and smooth production flow.
Identify inventory risks, operational bottlenecks, and process improvement opportunities to enhance supply chain efficiency and warehouse performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, inventory control procedures, and operational standards.
Strong understanding of inventory management principles, including EOQ, Safety Stock, Reorder Point (ROP), Lead Time, Demand Forecasting, and ABC Analysis.
