SPG

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an SPG, Retail Associate, Sales Assistant, or similar position (fashion retail experience is an advantage).
• Well-groomed and presentable.
• Friendly, communicative, and confident.
• Able to communicate in English (spoken).
• Service- and sales-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about fashion and lifestyle.
• Honest, disciplined, responsible, and proactive.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules.
• Based in Bali or willing to be placed in Bali.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Develop strong product knowledge to confidently explain product features and benefits.
• Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Handle cashier transactions accurately when required.
• Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and stock organization.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Support promotional activities and uphold the brand image at all times.
