About the role
Corporate Finance position at PT Waskita Karya Realty responsible for financial analysis, cash flow management, budgeting, and financial projections to support company operations and strategic decision-making.
- Key responsibilities
- Prepare financial analysis, cash flow projections, and funding requirement planning for the company
- Monitor and control company cash flow and liquidity
- Analyze financial performance, capital structure, and company funding requirements
- Prepare financial feasibility studies for investment plans and business development
- Identify and analyze financial risks and provide recommendations to support management decision-making
- Coordinate with relevant work units, banks, and external parties in funding processes and company financial transactions
- Prepare reports and financial analysis materials periodically for management needs
- About you
- Minimum S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of work experience in Corporate Finance, Finance, or Treasury
- Experience in property or manufacturing companies is preferred
- Understanding of financial analysis, cash flow management, budgeting, and financial projections
- Understanding of financial statements, investment analysis, and company funding management
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, structured approach, and ability to work with deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial data processing applications
- Good communication and coordination skills, able to work independently and in teams
