Legal Documentation: Draft, review, and systematically manage various corporate legal documents, contracts, and Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).
Permit Maintenance: Monitor, process, and maintain company licenses and operational permits to ensure full regulatory compliance.
Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research on relevant Indonesian laws and regulations to provide guidance and support for our business operations.
General Support: Assist the legal team in day-to-day administrative tasks and corporate governance matters.
Bachelor of Law (S1 Ilmu Hukum).
Language: Japanese proficiency is highly preferred to ensure smooth collaboration with our international directors and stakeholders not a requirement.
Strong foundational knowledge of Indonesian corporate law and contract drafting.
Willing to be placed in Bogor, West Java
