• Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Procurement Officer, based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Procurement Officer will be responsible for managing purchase orders, conducting contract negotiations, and overseeing procurement and purchasing processes. The role involves developing and maintaining vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with company policies, and analyzing market trends to optimize procurement strategies. The selected candidate will contribute to cost efficiency and timely acquisition of quality materials and services.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing Purchase Orders and Purchasing processes
• Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and relationship management with vendors and suppliers
• Well-developed Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and procurement strategies
• Expertise in Procurement processes, including sourcing and supplier evaluation
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in any major are welcome
