, this role is fundamental to maintaining the financial integrity and operational efficiency of our organisation. As Staff Accounting, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial records, and contributing to the overall financial health of the company. This position plays a critical role in supporting management decision-making through timely and accurate financial information.
- What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role within a manufacturing or industrial company
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Solid understanding of Indonesian accounting principles and tax regulations
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in high-volume transaction processing
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Proficiency in both Indonesian and English, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of internal controls and audit procedures is advantageous
- Professional certification such as Brevet A, Brevet B, or CPA is preferred but not mandatory
- A collaborative approach with strong communication skills to work effectively within the finance team
