• to join our dynamic design team in Denpasar, Bali. This is a
• full-time position

based on-site at our Bali office. As a Staff Creative, you will be a key member of our creative department, responsible for developing compelling visual concepts and designs that bring our clients' visions to life. This role is strategically important to our agency, as you will contribute to the quality and innovation of our creative output whilst working alongside experienced designers and creative professionals to deliver outstanding results for our diverse client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

Conceptualise and design visual solutions for a wide range of creative projects including branding, marketing collateral, digital assets and advertising campaigns

Collaborate with creative directors, designers and clients to understand project briefs and develop design concepts that meet strategic objectives

• Create high-quality graphics, illustrations and layouts utilising industry-standard design software and tools
• Produce design mockups, prototypes and presentations to communicate creative ideas to clients and stakeholders
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and design standards across all project deliverables
• Stay updated with current design trends, techniques and tools to continuously improve creative output
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst meeting deadlines and quality expectations
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness
• Provide feedback and support to junior team members, assisting in their professional development
• Liaise with clients to gather feedback, clarify requirements and make revisions to designs as needed
• What we're looking for
• 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design or a related creative field

Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools

• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work including branding, digital and print design projects
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory and visual hierarchy
• Strong conceptual thinking skills with the ability to develop creative solutions that align with client objectives
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment whilst also managing independent projects
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished, professional work
• Time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Willingness to receive and implement constructive feedback from team members and clients
• Preferred: Experience working in an agency environment or with diverse client bases
• Preferred: Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and web design
• Preferred: Experience with video editing or motion graphics
