Staff Daycare

We are currently seeking a caring, responsible, and enthusiastic Daycare Staff member to join Stala Growth & Wellbeing Centre. The successful candidate will support children’s daily care, safety, and developmental activities in a warm, nurturing, and structured environment.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 17:00 WITA, Sunday: 09:00 – 12:00 WITA

Tanggung Jawab

• Supervise and ensure the safety, wellbeing, and comfort of children during daycare hours.
• Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that support children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and motor development.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and child-friendly environment in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Support children with daily routines such as mealtime, hygiene, rest time, and transitions between activities.
• Observe and report children’s progress, behaviour, and any concerns to supervisors or parents professionally.
• Communicate warmly and effectively with parents regarding daily updates and children’s wellbeing.
• Work collaboratively with the centre team to create a positive and nurturing atmosphere.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum of Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Nursing.
• Experience in caring for children
• Able to carry out basic health assessments and provide first aid.
• Good understanding of child growth and development, as well as hygiene and safety standards for children.
• Patient, caring, able to communicate effectively with parents, and capable of working as part of a team.
