Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3)/Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Logistics, Transportation, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics or export-import operations.
- Strong understanding of export & import processes and documentation.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Good command of English, both written and verbal.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Energetic, proactive, detail-oriented, and have strong initiative.
- Experience in a Freight Forwarding company will be an advantage.
- Job Responsibilities
- Monitor vendor spreadsheets and update trucking status on a daily basis.
- Follow up on trucking progress with vendors and transporters to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and update daily shipment monitoring reports for vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Support the invoicing process, including data collection, verification, and system input.
- Coordinate with vendors and transporters to resolve shipment and trucking issues.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of trucking monitoring activities.
- Provide real-time updates on shipment progress and operational reports.
- Support timely invoice processing to improve operational efficiency.
