Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of audit processes, internal controls, and data collection and testing techniques.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, for data processing and audit documentation.
• Able to prepare audit working papers and supporting documentation in a systematic and accurate manner.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and professional skepticism.
• Key Responsibilities

Perform administrative and physical audit procedures, including document verification, vouching, stock opname, and field inspections in accordance with the Audit Work Program.

Verify the compliance and accuracy of transaction documents, such as invoices, Purchase Orders, Good Receipt Notes, and outlet receipts, against applicable SOPs and policies.

Conduct audit testing and physical verification, as well as document audit results systematically in Audit Working Papers.

Conduct inquiries, clarifications, and field validations to obtain relevant information and investigate data discrepancies or potential irregularities.

• Manage audit assignment documents, scan audit findings, and maintain hardcopy and softcopy audit archives.
• Support the preparation of audit reports and manage supporting evidence in accordance with applicable audit standards and procedures.
