In this role, you will be responsible for managing ticketing operations for both international and domestic travel arrangements, serving as a crucial point of contact between our guests and their travel experiences. You will play an integral part in ensuring smooth booking processes, accurate documentation, and exceptional customer service delivery across all ticketing channels.

• Key responsibilities
• Process and manage ticket bookings for both international and domestic travel arrangements with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist guests with flight selections, pricing inquiries, and booking confirmations across various airlines and travel routes
• Issue tickets, itineraries, and travel documentation in compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries regarding bookings, changes, and cancellations
• Manage ticketing system software and maintain updated database information
• Coordinate with airline partners and travel providers to ensure accurate and timely ticket issuance
• Resolve booking discrepancies and guest concerns with professionalism and discretion
• Provide accurate information about travel policies, visa requirements, and destination information
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and adhere to data protection protocols
• What we're looking for
• Proven experience in ticketing operations, travel booking, or a related hospitality role
• Strong knowledge of international and domestic flight systems and booking procedures
• Proficiency with ticketing software and computer reservation systems (GDS); experience operating Sabre is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions and documentation
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple bookings simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service excellence with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and diplomatically
• Knowledge of airline policies, visa requirements, and travel regulations
