Staff Traffic

Responsibilities

• Transportation Arrangement
• Scheduling and allocating cargo transport via land, sea, or air.
• Shipment Monitoring. Tracking shipment positions and statuses at regular intervals.
• Schedule Coordination. Updating Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) and Estimated Time of Departure (ETD) for management or clients.
• Vendor and Fleet Management. Communicating with operational team, vendors, or shipping lines to ensure unit availability.
• Resolving operational field issues in the event of delays or route disruptions.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree of management transportations from reputable univeristy with min GPA 3,00
• 1-3 years of working experience or having internship experience as staff traffic in freight forwarding company
• Excellent in communication skills, teamwork, attention to details and well-organized
• Fluent in english, able to speak mandarin will be plus point
• Based in Semarang, able to join as soon as possible
