Job Description

A Steward (Daily Worker) is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen, food preparation, and food & beverage service areas. The role includes washing dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and cookware, ensuring proper waste disposal, maintaining hygiene standards in accordance with hotel policies, and supporting kitchen operations by keeping work areas clean, organized, and well-stocked. The Steward also assists with setting up and cleaning back-of-house areas, follows health and safety regulations, and works closely with the culinary and F&B teams to ensure efficient daily operations while delivering a safe and hygienic environment for guests and employees.
