Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Storage, or Backup Management.
- Good understanding of storage technologies, including SAN, NAS, and DAS.
- Hands-on experience with backup and recovery solutions such as Veeam, Veritas NetBackup, or Commvault.
- Familiarity with storage technologies from Dell EMC, NetApp, HPE, or IBM.
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization technologies.
- Understanding of backup strategies, data replication, and Disaster Recovery.
- Ability to perform troubleshooting, monitoring, and capacity planning.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a shift-based schedule or on-call rotation if required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant certifications in storage, backup, or IT infrastructure.
- Experience in enterprise data center environments.
- Knowledge of cloud backup and hybrid infrastructure.
