Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product information and assistance with inquiries.
- Ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Restock shelves and merchandise according to store standards.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.
- Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately.
- Process payments, returns, and exchanges following established procedures.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and reconcile transactions.
- Monitor and report any security or safety concerns to management.
Qualifications
- Neat, clean, and hygienic.
- Honest with a positive attitude.
- Able to serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Willing to work in shifts.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
