Job Role
- Conduct market research and store network analysis, including market, demographic, competitor, trade area, and store performance data.
- Support the preparation of market research reports, presentations, and analytical summaries.
- Assist with feasibility studies by gathering operational, financial, and market data for potential store locations.
- Prepare supporting analysis for ROI, payback period, profitability, and investment evaluation.
- Compile and analyze store sales, profitability, and investment realization data.
- Prepare periodic reports, dashboards, and performance analysis for Store Development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate store development databases, project documentation, and filing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and consolidate information required for store development and feasibility assessments.
