PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia (LOTTE Grosir)  & PT Lotte Mart Indonesia (LOTTE Mart) looking for Store Manager with the qualifications and job details below. This position is full-time, and located in Indonesia :

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management or an equivalent qualification is required.
• Working experience as a Store Manager in Store for 5 years in Retail Hypermarket, Wholesale, are required.
• Good experience to manage KPI of operational store performance
• Open to working in any area of operation store.

Job Target

Store Managers are responsible for running the retail store

Develop, organize and control the implementation of management strategies for store operational activities including, management of human resources, infrastructure, systems, products (Groceries, Non Food, Fresh Food & Electronics), consumers, and the physical appearance of the store based on Key Performance Index (KPI) and applicable SOPs to achieve optimal store performance so as to generate profits and maximum sales growth based on customer type.
