Requirement
Minimal education in SMK/SMU.
At least 2 to 3 year(s) of working experience in leading a team within the Retail industry ; background in Fashion Retail industry is preferred.
- Experienced as a Cashier from Fashion Retail industry.
- Proven record of leadership skills.
- Good communication and good sales analytical skills.
- Good team player and able to work with a target.
- Good English (verbal & written) is a must (For Leader - SPV position)
- Willing to work in shifting hour and weekend / public holiday.
- Willing to be placed in Beachwalk (Bali Area)
Responsibilities
- To take primary responsibility for the cash and transactions of the store
- To supervise, provide support, guidance, and training to all Cross Trainers.
- To lead the Cashier team in delivering excellent service in line with our customer service standards.
