Store Manager for Department Store

Job Descriptions

• Manage and monitor operation process of the store and ensuring sales target achievement;
• Able to analyze the store’s financial aspects and provide financial-related recommendations to the Management;
• Successfully implement marketing promotion strategies in the store and maintain good relations with the landlord;

Able to maintain the store’s service standard, including but not limited to store ambience & cleanliness, salespeople’s service excellence, merchandise selection, etc.

Qualification

• Min. Bachelor's degree in any related major;
• Min. 10 years of experience in retail operations/department store, with 3 years as a Store Manager;
• Result/target-driven & high-achiever;
• Has strong leadership and excellent communication skills;
• Strong in problem-solving and decision-making skills;
• Good command of English, verbal and written;
• Familiar working with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willing to work in shifting, including weekends
