Job Description
- Developing
- store
- strategies to raise customers' pool, expand

- traffic and optimize profitability.
- Maintaining and ensuring
- all basic store operation are running well
- Analyze shopper behaviors using quantitative and qualitative data.
- Analyze sales, margin, expense, wastage and inventory of all stores.
- Supervising, controlling and ensure that the operating standards are running well.
- Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to
- store
- staff.
- Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
- Establish cooperation with the support department.
Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field from reputable University
- Minimum 3 years of Experience as a
- Retail Store Manager or Area Operation Manager
- preferably from Supermarket Retail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Powerful leading skills and business orientation.
- Customer management skills.
- Fluent in English
