Deskripsi pekerjaan Store Manager RIGGI Chicken
Responsibilities
Lead the store’s daily operations efficiently to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Analyze daily sales data to develop strategies for sales improvement and promptly provide solutions to any operational issues that arise in the store.
- Manage all administrative documentation, daily/monthly financial reports, POS systems, and inventory records accurately and systematically.
- Prepare effective crew work schedules and train team members to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor stock availability, place timely orders, and minimize excessive product usage and wastage.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Store Manager in the Fast Food Industry.
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets or other spreadsheet applications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze sales data.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Target-oriented with proven ability to work toward and achieve sales targets.
- Willing to work flexible schedules and be assigned to locations based on operational requirements.
- Available to join in the near future and willing to undergo training.
- Willing to be placed at any location as required by the Company’s operational needs.
