We’re looking for a Store Supervisor (FOH) who enjoys working with people, loves hospitality, and can keep the team moving when the café gets busy.
- What You'll Do
- Lead and support the FOH team during daily shifts.
- Make sure our guests receive friendly, fast, and great service and hospitality.
- Brief and coach the team to deliver Moos' service standards.
- Keep an eye on the floor — service flow, cleanliness, ambience, and guest experience.
- Handle customer feedback and solve problems on the spot.
- Coordinate with the BOH team to keep service running smoothly.
- What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in café, restaurant, hospitality, or retail.
- Experience as a Supervisor, Captain, or Shift Leader is a plus.
- A natural people person who enjoys leading a team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Calm, proactive, and hands-on.
- Passionate about creating a great customer experience.
