- What you'll be doing
- Overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of all incoming and outgoing goods and materials
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels
- Coordinating with production and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of products
- Optimising storage space and implementing efficient storage and retrieval systems
- Supervising and training warehouse staff to maintain high standards of operation
- Implementing and adhering to all relevant health, safety, and security protocols
- Generating reports and data analysis to support continuous improvement initiatives
- What we're looking for
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the same or similar position (preferably in hospitality industry).
- Familiar with inventory management systems and basic accounting procedures.
- Good knowledge of receiving procedures, storage standards, and stock rotation (FIFO & FEFO).
- Able to check and verify quality, quantity, and condition of incoming goods.
- Capable of maintaining accurate stock records and reports.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, POS, inventory software).
- Knowledge of food & beverage items handling and storage
- Good communication
