- Lead and coordinate the Long-Term Development Plan (LTDP) and annual budgeting process.
- Translate corporate strategy into measurable action plans by developing KPIs using the Balanced Scorecard framework.
- Analyze and monitor business performance indicators, generate insights, and recommend actionable improvement plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategy alignment and effective execution across departments.
- Prepare management-level reports and strategic review materials.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or a related field (e.g., Pharmacy, Industrial Engineering, Management/Business, Accounting).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in English is preferred.
- Able to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
