• Lead and coordinate the Long-Term Development Plan (LTDP) and annual budgeting process.
• Translate corporate strategy into measurable action plans by developing KPIs using the Balanced Scorecard framework.
• Analyze and monitor business performance indicators, generate insights, and recommend actionable improvement plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategy alignment and effective execution across departments.
• Prepare management-level reports and strategic review materials.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or a related field (e.g., Pharmacy, Industrial Engineering, Management/Business, Accounting).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in English is preferred.
• Able to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
