Job Description
✅ Serve as the first point of contact for students and parents, providing accurate and timely information regarding courses, schedules, and academic programs
- ✅ Advise students on course placement, program options, and learning pathways based on their goals and English proficiency
- ✅ Assist with student registration, enrollment, class placement, and re-enrollment processes
- ✅ Maintain up-to-date student records and ensure accurate reporting in the system
- ✅ Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary
