Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Psychology, Communication, Education, or Administrative Management
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in a related field
• Proficient in Customer Relations, Management, and Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Responsive and committed to excellence
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Knowledgeable about education-related rules and regulations
• Excellent active listening and communication skills
• Patient, friendly, and approachable personality

Job Description

• Guide students in clarifying their educational goals and objectives, addressing personal concerns, and exploring alternative solutions to problems
• Conduct regular counseling sessions for students
• Handle administrative tasks necessary to support the coaching process and student development programs
• Coordinate with relevant departments in organizing Orientation Day for new students
• Arrange meetings with parents (when necessary) to follow up on students' progress and development, in agreement with the departments involved
• Document and report each counseling session to the Supervisor
• Participate in projects and/or student activities organized within ESMOD Jakarta
