- Job description for Subcon Foreman(Position 3) at QI SHENG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD.
- Job Responsibilities
- Assign daily work to construction workers, manage attendance, record working hours and overtime.
- Supervise construction works following drawings, monitor work progress and quality, perform on-site checks.
- Keep track of materials and tools on site, place material orders and minimise material wastage.
- Coordinate with main contractor foreman and other sub-contractors, update progress and raise site obstacles timely.
- Enforce site safety regulations, ensure workers use required PPE and maintain site cleanliness.
- Take site photos for record, follow up variation works and assist in measuring completed work quantities.
- Handle daily site issues and report progress to sub-contractor management regularly.
- Job Requirements
- Proven working experience as construction foreman, understand site workflow and safety practices.
- Experience leading and managing a team of construction workers.
- Able to work overtime according to project needs.
- Experience working for small sub-contractors will be advantageous.
